Amitabh Bachchan shared a glimpse into the picturesque and royal courtyard of one of his residences, along with a short poem dedicated to the area. The veteran actor gave a partial preview of it on Instagram, in addition to showing off the mini music studio at his residence, Janak.
The courtyard image shows an ancient-looking doorway carved into stone, doubling as a wall. It has a small Buddha idol placed near it while a glass table is seen in front of it with a bonsai tree and a pot of orchids placed on it. Describing the area, Amitabh wrote, “Buddha Bonsai orchid darwaza (gate), Laga hai humare aangan ka andaza (gives an idea of our yard).”
On his blog, Amitabh also shared pictures of his small recording studio, named Saptaswar. The 79-year-old was talking about going out for dubbing at his studio and shared photos of the same on his blog. He wrote, “and now that in the early morning there is an attempt to get to work.. albeit in a controlled environment of ‘saptaswar’.. dubbing to recite to give voice to a film of a known friend from neighboring state.”
“Saptaswar: sapt – 7; swar – musical notes.. the place of the 7 musical notes.. the surroundings of the recording studio in Janak.. a small little place that barely accommodates, two and a half people.. a requiem for peace and quiet and in creativity inspires.. sometimes.. my personal little lonely nerve airway..”
