Sony Music Entertainment has announced the appointment of Andrew Davis as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources. Starting in early January 2021 and based in New York City, Davis will report to Rob Stringer, President of Sony Music Group and Kevin Kelleher, COO of Sony Music Entertainment.
Davis will be responsible for leading the global human resources function of the SME, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, as well as organizational development across the company’s global operations. .

Andrew’s experience leading global teams and building diverse candidate pools within organizations will be an important contribution to the future of our business.

Most recently, Davis served as Director of Human Resources and Inclusion for Lennar Corporation, where he was responsible for the areas of Business Transformation, Talent Management, Organizational Management and performance, learning and development as well as social benefits.
Prior to Lennar, he spent over a decade leading human resources teams and strategies at The Coca-Cola Company. Previously, he held various human resources positions at Home Depot. Davis began his career in various roles at BET, Yum Brands and Best Buy.
